Hi. We’re a group of senior students, Viola, Fran, Cathy, Yuri and Joanna, who are majoring in Applied English at Southern Taiwan University. Before we graduate, we must do a graduation project. We wanted to do some interesting research and something useful for international visitors to Taiwan. So we started to research the night market. We considered that Taiwanese are crazy about it; therefore, it is a specific culture in Taiwan. This spring, we picked the Hua-Yuan night market, one of the most famous night markets in Taiwan, for our research. Moreover, we didn't want the result of all our work to just be a dead book. So now, you see this blog.


In this blog, we offer as much information about the Hua-Yuan night market as we can, such as its history, how to get there, food, games, etc. Especially, we made conversation cards.
