The roasted food may put on the iron plates; you could see them easily and point the items you want to the vender. The vender will help you to buy them.

Most food at this stall is 10 TWD per item. Some food is 20 TWD per item.

Spicy Duck Blood (麻辣鴨血/ Ma La Ya Sie)

   Duck blood  is soft and chewy. It does not taste like duck blood soup, and it does not have a fishy smell. If you aren't afraid of eating it, you can try it.

  Tako-yaki comes from Japan. It made of dough and octopus as you can see in the picture. It tastes soft and crisp ,when eaten with the special sauce it will become more tastier.

Sweet Potato Ball (地瓜球 / Di Gua Ciou)

  Potato balls are made of potato and corn flour;there are soft inside, but the skin is crisp. In the picture you can see there is another color- purple. These purple balls are another flavor, what makes them special is that they have taro inside.Not only do children like these fried balls but also the adult too, so you can't miss them.

Oyster Omelet (蚵仔煎/ E Zai Jian)

Grilled Squid (烤小卷/ Kao Xiao Juan)

Grilled squid is originally from Qi Jin beach in Kaohsiung. Grilled squid takes a little sweet and salty due to the homemade sauce. In my opinion, a another sauce were to be uesd, the flavor will change drastically and it becomes unpalatable. They advertise at this stall that if it si not fresh, it's Free.
