Crepe (可麗餅/ Ke Li Bing)

Lots of desserts  have a long history; perhaps the most special one is the French crepe. While a French Crepe is quite soft, Taiwanese have made Crepes more crispy. Crepes in Taiwan can be sweet or savory.

Flour, Milk, Eggs, Salt, and Oil
